"Today the Rilindja parade was held"/ Këlliçi: The DP offers the alternative government of development

This Saturday, the National Assembly has begun at the Palace of Congresses, where the Democratic Party and the Alliance are unveiling their 2025-2029 political program. Also present was the political leader of the Democratic Party for Tirana, Belind Këlliçi. Këlliçi touched on a number of issues highlighted on this eve of the elections.
Këlliçi said that anyone who shows skepticism about the DP's program should know that the money, energy, hardworking and creative people are in the DP.
In his speech, Këlliçi stated that Albania needs deep reforms in administration, infrastructure and good budget management.
Këlliçi added that the DP is determined to get rid of the great evil that has befallen Albania, which is called Edi Rama.
In the end, Këlliçi said that with the vote of Albanians, they will finally demolish the unauthorized installation in the Prime Minister's Office, which is called Edi Rama.
"Do you understand now why Mother Teresa Square was packed last night?!"
Because the Democratic Party is not just an opposition, denouncing and resisting force. The Democratic Party is a credible and concrete governing alternative for Albanians, an alternative that has proven in its history that it can lead the country to the zenith of economic growth and socio-political development.
To anyone who expresses skepticism about our program, we tell you that the money is already here, the energy is here, the wealth and natural resources are here, the wonderful hardworking and creative people are also in this country.
What is missing is the will to raise this country to the pedestal it deserves. The desire to govern democratically and not to rule with despotism and plunder.
Without a doubt, the first, urgent and direct intervention is the Emergency Package. We cannot talk about economic growth and tourism while pensioners, young families, and young people live on the poverty line and social inequality is extreme.
The first measure is the adoption of a living wage of 200 euros, which guarantees that every old-age pension, disability or economic assistance respects human dignity.
The minimum wage of 500 euros ensures that every young person or worker in the most difficult jobs can and should have a worthy reward for their sweat.
The average salary of 1,200 euros gives a professional in the public or private sector the status they deserve and real chances to provide housing and well-being for their family.
The energy price of 7 lek/Kë/hu enables citizens of the country with large hydro resources to pay a fair price, despite the government's extortion to date.
The Democratic Party is committed to restoring the healthcare system:
Doubling the health budget, because no serious health system can be built on poor financing and a lack of basic material resources.
Creating a new health insurance model that offers more opportunities and competition for patients.
Expanding the list of reimbursed drugs and guaranteeing their quality, putting an end to the hell of expired drugs and prices unaffordable for the most economically vulnerable groups.
The youth program aims to put an end to the family and social drama of depopulation. Every parent deserves to have their sons and daughters close to them. Every young person deserves to build their future in their homeland, where they have memories, emotional connections and an inseparable cultural origin.
Doubling the budget for education. Every theory of development or social advancement places emphasis on education as a key factor. And there can be no modern education without a serious funding model at the level of salaries, in rewarding scientific research and in investing in educational equipment and infrastructure.
Tax exemption for 3 years for youth businesses. Albanian youth have proven all over the world that they have excelled in study, work and entrepreneurship results. It is time to use this energy in our home.
1 roof for every couple. The saga of young families for housing must end. The state must take responsibility to finance 20% of the loans and 30 thousand euros of interest-free loans for every couple.
Of course, these measures are just the beginning.
Albania needs deep reforms in administration, infrastructure, and budget management.
We are now determined to get rid of the great evil that has befallen Albania, which is called Edi Rama.
I have a word for all of you friends in this room and those who are following us on screen.
No one believed me two years ago when I embarked on the journey to dismantle the Structured Criminal Group in the Municipality of Tirana, led by Erion Veliaj. Many laughed. Many said back off. Many were cynical and distrustful. Others even threatened.
But here I am before you, two years later, with a promise kept.
"Today I promise you that, just as we dismantled the sand castle in the Tirana Municipality, which took over the paper tiger Erion Veliaj, under the leadership of Sali Berisha, with this excellent governing program, with your vote, with faith in God and in family, we will finally demolish the unauthorized installation in the Prime Minister's office, which is called Edi Rama," said Këlliçi ./CNA
