The second region in line to open the Socialist Party's election campaign was Fier. Initially, a song was sung by the group Free MC and then the region's leader, Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku, gave her speech.

During her speech, Balluku said that the members of the musical group are voting for the first time and have chosen to vote for the SP.

In her speech, the Deputy Prime Minister announced that the SP's objective in Fier is 10 mandates, but they will work towards more.

Balluku stated that this fourth mandate that the Socialist Party seeks is the mandate to close the agreement with the Albanians to join the European Union. The Deputy Prime Minister concluded her speech by saying that with Rama at the helm, nothing will stop them.

 

" They have not voted until today until the day they decided. Free MC votes for the SP as all of Albania and every Albanian will vote. There is nothing more beautiful when we create this energy that goes to the foundations of Albania to strengthen them and to move this country forward. The fourth mandate may seem like a lot to those who throw mud at us, but it is the mandate to fulfill an agreement that Rama signed with the Albanian people in 2014. To lead the Albanian people to the EU, it is time to join that table. The Fier region has an objective, 10 mandates of deputies. But we are working for more. As comrade Gramoz said, 11 mandates are expected from us. With Edi Rama at the helm, there is nothing that can stop us ," said Balluku./ CNA
