In "Skënderbej" Square, speeches by the leaders of the political districts of the Socialist Party continue. After Dibra, Fier and Durrës, it was the turn of the Lezhë district.
Initially with a traditional song, a recitation of the poem "Gjuha shqype" by Gjergj Fishta and then the speech of the political leader of the Lezha district, Ulsi Manja. In his speech, Manja said that the SP aims for no less than 4 mandates in Lezha, out of 7 in total.
