Lulzim Basha, in a meeting held in Elbasan, among other things, did not hesitate to once again mock Prime Minister Edi Rama. Basha said that Rama's mind is on his friends in prison and that is why he is spending the country's money.

Basha said that Rama intends to 'recycle' Meta and Roshi.

According to him, this is the reason why Rama does not understand what the youth want and then includes it in the campaign program.

"So the first and foremost thing is that in this country, in Elbasan and everywhere in Albania, if you have a vision and if you have the will to implement this vision, Albania is open to overcoming this huge gap.
