"Rama should not come out again"/ Famous Korçari: Albanian

The most famous Korçar, Ilir Vrenozi, has reacted through CNA in strong tones to the state of the media in the country, raising direct accusations of its capture by the current government. According to him, an overwhelming part of the Albanian media is controlled or influenced by the government, which according to him has brought about an unjustifiable silence in the face of the numerous scandals that have accompanied the government over the last 12 years.

Vrenozi states that in the face of major financial affairs and documented corruption, the figure of the prime minister should no longer have a place on Albanian screens, as a minimal form of reaction and moral responsibility towards the public. In this context, Vrenozi also mentioned several journalists who have shown courage and professional integrity.

He singled out journalists Elvi Fundo and Çim Peka, whom he considers to be the only ones who have denounced the incinerator affair from the beginning, one of the biggest government scandals in recent years.

" The Albanian media is three quarters caught. The Albanian media, for the scandals this government has made in these 12 years, Edi Rama's face should not be ... that man should no longer appear in the Albanian media. Why? Because he has done this to the people and to journalists who should be brave, and brave journalists include Elvi Fundo because he is the first to denounce the incinerators. These two are, Elvi Fundo's CNA, not that I have him as a friend, but he is truly a wolf who has no mercy for anyone, and Syri i Çim Peka. These two are the first to expose this scandal of hundreds of millions of euros ," said Vrenozi./ CNA
