The President of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, held a meeting with the residents of the Dibër district.
In his speech, Berisha said that the fiscal burden on business will be reduced.
The leading democrat further stated that Dibra will be fully completed in terms of infrastructure and declared that Skavica will never be built.
