Gasification project in Korça/Balluku: In this municipality we have one

Prime Minister Edi Rama, together with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy and Infrastructure, Belinda Balluku, were present at the presentation of the gasification project in Korça.

During her speech, Minister Balluku explained why this project was launched in Korça, a region she said had a model consumer.

Balluku further indicated that there were two other reasons for choosing Korça, the fact that it is one of the country's most important centers for tourism and is the region with the most developed agriculture after Myzeqe.

"Korça, among the most favorable positions to start as a test bed, along with Elbasan and Fier. We decided to choose Korça because we have 1 model consumer, who has shown that all the pilots that have been done have been successful, has always paid the bills and has not been afraid to ask. In this municipality we have one of the most important tourism hubs in the country, there is talk of tourism in 4 seasons. The third component is because after Myzeqe, Korça is the region with the most developed agriculture and the largest volume of production", said Balluku./ CNA
