Busy Monday/ 8 parliamentary committees meet today

This Monday, August 9, is loaded with parliamentary committees. It is learned that 8 commissions will be convened.

Specifically, the commissions for Social Affairs and Health, for Legal Affairs, for Education, for Production Activity, for National Security, for European Affairs, for Economy and the Investigative Commission for Health will be convened.

In the Social Affairs Committee, the normative act for changes in the law on the order of doctors will be reviewed and a hearing session will be held with representatives of the Order of Doctors.

The laws will consider changes to laws and normative acts for the veterinary service, for fisheries, for the 2024 budget, for environmental permits, for scientific research, for the green development loan, for international agreements, for the order of doctors and for Insurance Social.

The Committee for Education will hold a hearing with Fidel Ylli of KOKSH, while the Committee for Production Activities will discuss and vote on the draft law "On inspection in the Republic of Albania".

The two commissions of National Security and European Affairs have on their agenda the draft law "On the ratification of the letter of participation of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania in the memorandum of understanding for the European Center of Excellence against Hybrid Threats".  

In Economy, the amendments to the 2024 budget and the draft law on scientific research will be examined.

On the other hand, Enkel Joti, Albana Fico, Alma Cani and Nadire Jani will be questioned in the Investigative Commission for health concessions./ CNA
