MP denounces scandal: Zaranika Stream amid pollution and dirt, a threat to

Democratic Party MP Blendi Himçi raised a serious issue today related to the Zaranika Stream.

Through a post on social media, Himçi shares views from the area, while stating that the return of this stream to an open channel of garbage and sewage is creating difficulties for the residents of the area.

 "The Zaranika Stream, evidence of urban oblivion."

This stream, which runs through the 28 Nëntori neighborhood, has turned into an open channel of garbage and sewage. 

Every day, residents live amidst heavy winds, pollution, and conditions reminiscent of the Middle Ages. 

No street lighting, no paved roads, no care from the local government.

Beyond the facade and propaganda, this is the bitter reality: residents left in oblivion, living among mud and garbage, while local government appears only in advertisements and empty speeches.

"This is the portrait of a government that does not see the citizen, does not listen to his problems and does not feel any responsibility.
The residents of the 28 Nëntori neighborhood do not seek luxury, but minimal conditions to live with dignity," Himçi writes./CNA
