Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha denounced this Monday in a conference with journalists that Edi Rama gave land to Carlo Bollinos for 1 euro. According to Berisha, the decisions about the land in the area of ??the former "Partizani" complex were given within 7 months by the Rama government. He added that these decisions are the concern that in a second moment this property will be privatized by Bollino. 

Berisha underlined that this land was given by the owners to the state, with the aim of building a gymnasium for the area there. 

"Nothing can deceive the robbery he did with his Bolliono of 4900 square meters of land, with three decisions of the Council of Ministers signed by Edi Rama for the company of Carlo Bollinos. They were signed in the span of 7 months. Carlo Bolinos with 1 euro, 4 thousand 20 square meters of land and 1 thousand 600 square meters of construction area were given for 1 euro. They changed the regulatory plan, the land is transferred to Carlo Bollino and Edi Rama with 1 euro by decision number 642 dated 2019. Robbery , the crime, does not stop with this decision. Rama divides the property of Carlo Bollioni, not only to rent it for 1 euro, but in the end to privatize it and grab the property's land. It was planned to build a gymnasium there, that's why the owners also left. He ordered the political imprisonment of a man who denounced his affairs," said Berisha. /CNA
