Security measure/ The session for Berisha in the Appeal of the JJKKO is

The plenary session in the GJKKO Appeal for former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has been postponed by a few hours.

The decision was taken by judge Ilirjana Olldashi. The session will be held at 14:00.

We remind you that Berisha requested the removal of the security measure "mandatory appearance".

On the other hand, SPAK has requested the dismissal of judge Olldashi for Berisha's case regarding the privatization of the former "Partizani" complex.

We remind you that SPAK has raised accusations that Berisha has committed the criminal offense of "Passive corruption of high state officials or local elected officials", committed in cooperation with his son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltezin.

SPAK claims that Berisha, in his capacity as Prime Minister, has favored the privatization procedures of the former "Partizani" complex and the direct beneficiary has been Malltezi.

On the land of the former "Partizani" complex, Malltezi, as an investor from the company "Homeplan" sh.pk, has carried out constructions and the benefits are calculated in the amount of 672 billion lek or 5 million euros./  CNA
