The second day of the III Diaspora Summit is being held in Tirana.

The prime minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, was expected to participate in this summit.

But today Kurti did not come to Tirana and therefore is not participating.

Until now, there is no information why the Prime Minister of Kosovo canceled his arrival to participate in the summit.
