According to the lawyer, Salianji, as the deputy that he is, should not have been judged by the Court of Appeal of general jurisdiction, but by SPAK, because the special prosecution was established for this purpose.

"Talking about a decision that is totally against the law is very easy. For the first time, the Court of Appeal does not have jurisdiction, because the person is a deputy and should be a deputy of SPAK, the courts of general jurisdiction cannot investigate and judge a deputy, who has his own constitutional guarantees, and is a body specialized that is SPAK and he should be the guarantor of the law, not the Court of Appeal of general jurisdiction. As long as the names of deputies are being discussed, I think the decision is dictated. Such a sentence, lawyers had to seek the alternative, innocence or probation. It does not work for a deputy, that after going to prison with his feet, you turn to the Supreme Court. As far as I know, in this decision there are 4 defendants and one accusing victim, who is diametrically opposed to the MP. Making a request for the suspension or postponement of a process that has started execution, it seems to me that the high court finds it very easy to dismiss this request. Whether we are or not, whether the fact constitutes a criminal offense, this is a matter of evidence. But in this particular case, as long as he has immunity and enjoys the quality of a deputy, he is the same as a doctor, he is under house arrest and in prison. The sentence of 1 year in prison without bail is very severe, because there is no possibility. It would have been better if it had not been submitted, and there was a possibility of postponement, or a request for suspension, without starting the execution. I put you in prison for an illegal decision, for a decision that you are not subject to. SPAK and GJKKO was established for a narrow circle, such as deputies, ministers, or high officials. These legislators have removed the right to defense in court. Neither the prosecutor nor the lawyer participates. Three people gather in a consultation room, decide the fate of the other without listening to the parties. It doesn't happen anywhere that looks at legality, but you are a court of third instance, where you have to listen to the parties."
