The former Minister of Justice, Ylli Manjani, has stated that the punishment of the democrat Ervin Salianji was initiated by a personal complaint.
During a television appearance, Manjani stated that Salianji did not file a false report and that the Prosecutor's Office did not request a prison sentence.
