Une kam cituar drejt e pa asnje gabim INSTAT; nje institucion qe per statistika te tjera e ngreme ne qiell!

Pra po them:

Lopet i ka numeruar ministria edhe ne 2017, edhe ne 2018-fundit te tij i jam referuar une, edhe ne 2019, edhe ne 2020, edhe ne 2021!

Burimi i INSTAT eshte ky numerim!

Po ti numeroja une do ishin edhe me ndryshe, reale!

E dini pse? Sepse midis nje ministri qe thote “nuk ka qene aq numri i lopeve se e shtoi ai qe ishte atehere per te vjedhur leket e vaksinave”, nje tjeter ministri qe argumenton edhe me thelle “lopet i kane ngrene turistet; erdhen shume, cfare hane ata”-ne te njejtat qeveri, une i besoj haureve bosh, deshmive te blegtoreve per numrin e lopeve qe kishin e kane, stallat e pergjysmuara apo edhe me pak; i besoj nje fshati te tere si Lifaj qe ka patur mbi 2000 krere lope e tani ka disa qindra!

Jane shume me te besueshem keta se pese ministra nga 2016-ta e ketej qe akuzojne njeri tjetrin se kane numeruar gabim lopet!

2. Te dhenat e INSTAT jane ne linje e logjike; numri i lopeve ne renie, shoqerohet me sasine e qumeshtit prodhuar me pak; dhe nese numri i lopeve eshte numeruar nisur nga korrupsioni, litrat e qumeshtit te prodhuar kane si burim fabrikat e perpunimit, faturat, sipas INSTAT. 3. Numrat e INSTAT mbeshteten ne ekonomi; nese me pare, cmimi i qumeshtit ne grumbullim ishte i ulet, ndryshimi i skemes se TVSH e beri te pagrumbullueshem ekonomikisht, pra te padobishme ekonomikisht mbajtjen e tufes, SOT edhe pse cmimi eshte lart, eshte me pak se shpenzimet e ushqimit per lopet!

Thene keto, une mund te pranoj cdo arritje, cdo gje te mire te bere e nuk le rast pa e bere publik; por nuk genjej dot, kerkend, perfshire edhe kryeministrin!
