The Cre-Democrat, Sali Berisha, declared from the floor of the Assembly that the socialists are increasing the number of poor people in the country.

According to Berisha, the government is the chief speculator while adding that in Albania we have a double crisis due to bad governance.

"Socialists love the poor very much, they love them so much that when they come to power they increase them in geometric progression. What happens, what is this property that socialists multiply, multiply the poor like lightning.

There are two reasons. Their hypocrisy and demagoguery. Their unbridled enthusiasm. They are not stopping at hypocrisy and demagoguery, because the Albanians were heard today.

None of you can meet a constituent, a pensioner, a nurse, a doctor, a teacher, you can't get ahead.

You are stuck here in this hall and you talk like in the movies. There is no Albanian that you do not disgust with this extreme cynicism that you show towards them.
