Berisha: Summer Day is the day of change, next year with the doors of Europe

Democratic Leader Sali Berisha chose to share his Summer Day greetings from the city of Elbasan, where he traveled with his wife Liri Berisha.

In his speech, Berisha said that this is a day of hope and change for all Albanians, while he also found the opportunity to accuse the majority for the state of the country.

“It is a very special honor for me to meet you, the representatives of the families of this blessed city, this city that has been, and remains, a source of light and inspiration for Albanians.

Summer Day is the day of hope, the day of change, and the fact that you celebrate this day more than all Albanians and in the most deserved way, you are today the true capital of the holiday and of the nation, testifies to your desire for change, testifies to the unquenchable hope of the citizens of this city for a better time, for a better day, for a better future.

I am very grateful to you for all the support you have given and continue to give to the DP, the opposition.

We celebrate this day in more unusual conditions compared to all the others, because the truth is that the week before this day marked the de facto closing of the doors of our European dream, of our integration into the EU.

So, those who are in power today or the one who heads this criminal government organization, for their own interests, closed the doors and now have begun the battle with internal and external enemies in the style of their fathers.

But Summer's Day is the day of change, it's the day of renewal, so we walk confident that we will do much better the next summer's day.
