Balluku in the Vora electrical substation: We improve the supply to the area

The Deputy Prime Minister, at the same time the Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku inspected today the works at the Vora electrical substation.

Balluku has emphasized that this substation will improve the electricity supply for the area.

"Electricity will always be a problem for the Republic of Albania until we manage to produce those 4 tera plus that are in our strategic plan to be produced until 2030, through the construction of Skavica, through the construction and operation of Vora TPP, increasing the capacities of photovoltaic parks, not only Karavasta, but also Spitalla and many other private initiatives that are being undertaken at this time. This whole package will be able to offer Albania 4 tera plus, in addition to the production we have today, thus making us a net exporting country and not an importing country that we are today", stated Balluku.

The electrical substation in Vora today guarantees a much better quality of electricity supply. The investment made has strengthened and significantly increased the capacities of the substation, which supplies electricity to nearly 15,000 residents and 3,000 businesses./ CNA.al
