The deputy of the dissident group of Alibeajt, Gazment Bardhi and the representative of Sali Berisha, Edi Paloka, have repeated their statements that they are trying to find a way of cooperation to come up with a single candidate in the local elections and to overthrow the Prime Minister Edi Rama.

During a speech on the Opinion show, Bardhi said that the reason that prevents them from joining is a conflict that has been going on for a year on numerous DP issues.

Qëllimi i bisedimeve është si të gjejmë rrugën e duhur që demorkatët në njësitë vendore të jenë bashkë dhe të bashkëpunojnë.

Vota mund të përacktojë kandidatët e një partie politike. Zgjedhjet lokale kanë një specifikë që bëhet për zgjedhjet e liderave lokalë. Kandidati mund të jetë një person që del përtej një partie politike.

Ka çështej të tjera që na ndajnë. Unë e shoh ndryshe të ardhmen e PD, drejtimin e PD.

Ka çështje që do të vazhdojnë të na ndajnë në diskutimet tona brenda PD por përpara kemi një betejë me kundërshatrin tonë të vetëm Edi Rama”, tha Bardhi.

I pyetur nëse bëhet fjalë për bashkim apo për ngecje të faturës së humbjes nëjri-tjetrin , Bardhi tha:

"When I talk about negotiations, I refer to this question that you are leading. Believing that it is the only way to face Rama in the local elections, I have found that the same approach is also from him".

Regarding this question, Paloka answers:

" As Mr. Bardhi mentioned, these talks that we are having have the objective of going to the elections with a common candidate.
