The President of the Constitutional Court, Vitore Tusha, within the framework of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Constitutional Court, has made a balance of the work that has been done until today. 

Focusing also on the problems that the citizens have encountered, Tusha expressed that often the rhetoric of politics has interfered in the decisions of the court and often its work has been prejudiced. 


"I express my gratitude to our friends who honored us with their presence. There is always room for good friends. I thank those who have supported the court since its creation by the OSCE, etc. 30 years is an important age for this court. faced with a large volume of cases, this body reacted with the appropriate pace for the resolution of legal disputes. Legitimacy is perceived as the main source of this court, which has no other means for this. The Constitutional Court is the promoter of the issue of law. Not a few times political rhetoric has involved the Court, under the guise of discourses, to prejudice the decision-making or to interfere in its decisions. We have contributed to the mitigation of institutional clashes. There was also a clash between two jurisdictions, judicial and juridical," said Tusha./ CNA.al
