"430 million euros for the incinerators who do not burn"/ DP

DP MP, Ina Zhupa, through a statement to the media, addressed 5 questions to the Rama government regarding the Fier incinerator.

Once again, the deputy stated that millions of euros were paid for incinerators that were not put into operation, accusing the government of being a partner in this affair.

" From Tirana to Elbasan and from Elbasan to Fier, the affair of the incinerators is stinking up the country, and makes the justice bodies stink, which do not take the investigation to the 'head', but deal with the tails.

Inceneratori i Fierit ka shumë gjëra për të thënë por mjafton të kujtojmë se Klodian Zoto pagoi veten nëpërmjet dy kompanive të tij, 23 Milionë Euro për punë që nuk janë kryer. Një qeveri që jep paratë në këtë formë mund të jetë më së paku ortake, ose vetë përfituese e këtyre parave.

Shkeljet edhe çuditë vazhdojnë, Inceneratori i Fierit ka marrë kredi, me garanci sovrane, 69 milion lekë për paga ndërkohë që këto paga paguheshin me paratë e buxhetit të shtetit.

Në këtë vjedhje të shkallës industriale janë të përfshirë, që nga ‘luanët’ dhe ‘tigrat’ e qeverisë, e deri te çakallët e pushtetit lokal. Ata që fshihen sot në kërkim, Zoto-Mërtiri-Gugallja, janë vetëm hienat që kanë lëpirë çfarë u kanë lënë ‘mbretërit’ e xhunglës së pushtetit. 

Sot kemi pesë pyetje për inceneratorin e Fierit:

1- Pse kryebashkiaku Armando Subashi, zgjodhi një truall privat për inceneratorin e Fierit, edhe pse Zyra e Regjistrimit të Pasurive të Paluajtshme të Bashkisë i vendosi në dispozicion 10 troje publike ku mund te ndërtohej inceneratori?

2- Pse, pasi zgjedh token private para tokës publike e shpronëson atë me çmim dyfish: plot 460 mln lekë?

3- Pse dhe kush e ndryshoi destinacionin e tokës finale për ndërtimin e inceneratorit, nga ‘tokë arë’ në ‘tokë truall’ për t’i rritur çmimin në mënyrë fiktive?

4- Pse, dhe si, mund te lejohet që pasuria publike të jetë garanci bankare në favor të koncesionarit, siç e ka lejuar Subashi?

5- How is it possible that Alqi Blako and Lefter Koka are in prison today for the expropriation of property, while Armando Subashi, who made the expropriation payments, continues to remain free? For the same facts, for the same violations, and the main author for the illegal expropriation is not arrested.

These are very simple questions for Albanians, but difficult for the captured justice.

We have a conclusion: All this happens BECAUSE THEY SHARE THE MONEY TOGETHER.
