Edi Rama's request for an international conference on Kosovo was presented openly and officially in September 2018 from Belgrade through Ivica Dacic, and later repeated by Vucic himself. The main goal of this request is the involvement of Russia alongside the Western powers in the solution of the Kosovo-Serbia crisis, an involvement which the Kremlin has also publicly and periodically requested.

This request by Belgrade followed repeated demands by Sergei Lavrov that Russia should be invited to participate in the EU-facilitated Kosovo dialogue with Serbia.

So Rama is doing nothing but in the service of Vucic, he is circulating a thesis of his boss in Belgrade. Rama to help Vucic, with the call of the international conference compares the incomparable. According to him, the conference should be called because the agreement is not progressing because both Kurti and Vucic have internal problems. This is yet another fabrication, Rama's platitudes again to ease Vu?i?.

First, it is true that Vu?i? has strong internal problems right now. He faces a powerful wave of protests from the opposition and Serbian citizens, who for weeks have risen against the autocratic rule of Vucic and his failure to guarantee order and security in their country. But the Rama comparison is pure fiction because Kurti doesn't seem to have any internal problems similar to those of Vucic. In addition to these, Serbo-Major Vucic does not sign the Ohrid agreement because Russia does not allow it, which Rama wants to sit on the table through the international conference.

Finally, I assure the international community that Edi Rama's engagement in Kosovo-Serbia dialogue issues not only does not help, but harms it. This is because Rama is already known as Vu?i?'s argot.

After the brutal interventions of Edi Rama in the internal affairs of Kosovo, there is:

firstly the project of the separation of Kosovo with the Serbian Vucic and, secondly, his terrible problem in the McGonigal superscandal, for which Rama is under open criminal investigation in the Washington Court, because he bribed the head of counter-intelligence while he was in office of the FBI for New York and engaged him against the Albanian opposition to strengthen his power.
