Completely unknown, an ordinary anonymous from those that the LSI employed in the state enterprises that it treated as its own during the time when it shared power both with the DP and the SP, Ornela Zonja one day saw herself in the office of Alqi Bllakos, i.e. General Secretary of Ilir Meta's Presidency.

Taken by the faithful of his party, Ilir Meta chose Ornela to replace the prodigal son, Alqi Bllakon, to whom he had promised at that time that he would make him Chairman of the Supreme State Control.

Largimi i Alqi Bllakos e bashkimi me PS-në, shënon edhe fillimin e fatit të Ornelës në krye të administratës së Presidentit të Republikës.

Sekretarja e Përgjithëshme jo vetëm u bë në këtë mënyrë kanakarja e shefit të vet, por ia doli të bëhej njeriu që bënte ligjin në selinë e Presidentit.

Marrëdhënia e ngushte me shefin i mjaftoi Ornelës që t’i bënte zap të tjerët, por edhe të vendoste kontrollin e saj të plotë mbi të gjitha praktikat e dhënies së shtetësive, të dekoratave e kështu me rradhë, pa lënë mënjanë prokurimet e deri edhe blerjet e vogla që në llogari të fundit nuk dalin që të jenë më të vogla, sepse vetëm për blerje të tufave me lule që Ornela kujdesej të zbukuronin zyrën e shefit rezultojnë të faturuara disa milionë lekë.

Por, ndërsa Presidenti Meta është bërë gati të ikë për t’u zëvendësuar nga Presidenti i zgjedhur Bajram Begaj i cili e merr detyrën nesër, Ornela shprehet e sigurtë nëpër zyrat e presidencës se shefi ia ka rregulluar që të fillojë punë në Bankën e Shqipërisë, ndërkohë që të tjerët janë nën akthin e pritjes se çdo të ndodhë me fatin e tyre pasi të fillojë punë presidenti i ri.

Pyetja që lind është; përse e ka me aq ngut Ilir Meta rregullimin në punë të Ornela Zonjës aq sa kjo e fundit shprehet e sigurtë që shefi e ka rregulluar të fillojë në Bankën e Shqipërisë?

Nëpër korridoret e Presidencës flitet për gjithëfarëlloj lidhjet e aferash, por përtej atyre sentimentale, më të besueshëm janë ata që flasin për do fatura pagesash më çmime fantastike udhëtimesh të Presidentit, të cilat nëse janë të vërteta do të përbënin një skandal më vete.
