The truth according to the court: - the police officers did not act in the company of Mehmet Greca and at this moment Land Rover cars arrived at the scene, from which the citizen MARIO CELA came out and then the Mercedes Benz vehicle came from where MARSEL ROKA and the other vehicle from which KLEMENT XHAFERRI got out, and a citizen with hats and glasses in green clothes with patches from where GENTIAN SHARRA, ERALD LASKA got off, from the vehicle also got the victim Pjerin XHUVANI, Elton Bodin and Luan Tabaku. At this moment, Elton Bodinaku is in conflict, cursing and pushing the citizen Erjon Demushi who was filming. As soon as he saw this, the person under investigation, Arbër Paplekaj, approached quickly and in the direction of the persons who were cursing, holding hands and talking to the citizen Luan Tabaku. Then the victim Pjerin Xhuvani approached, stepped in and started pushing the person under investigation (his killer) with his hands, and after him Bodinaku and Klement Xhaferri also approached and continued to push him. Other police officers were at the scene at the time and did not intervene.
At that time, the director general did not show that in front of the eyes of the police there was another dangerous person dressed in military clothes, with hats and how the clash happened moment by moment. The other lie between the lines is related to leaving the burden to only one person, named Arbër Paplekaj, and only to the supporters of a political entity:
