After the initial 60 days of the contract, either party may give written notice of non-renewal/termination at least 30 days prior to the proposed termination,” the contract states.

So $6 million has not been paid and no one knows if it will be paid.

But is lobbying for the private interest of a leader declared non grata?

So, like every major party that seeks to heal international relations, which until yesterday were destroyed by a super lobbying against the opposition, the DP is doing what it should have started long ago: returning to the normal activity of every party.

Is Berisha, the DP, or some illegal realtor paying this money?

Let's go to the official document, because that's where the logic comes from and the hysteria fades! According to the contract, public and transparent, they will be paid by the Albanian-American Foundation in the capacity of guarantor, which is represented by Nuredin Seci. A person with a public CV, an American citizen, without any involvement with justice, who has organized the Albanian diaspora to save Albania, according to them, from monism and the narco-state. While the DP does not pay a penny, but only receives the lobbying service.

Is this the largest lobbying contract on behalf of an Albanian political party in the US?

No, because it was that of the Democratic Party, during the time it was led by Lulzim Basha in 2017, worth $1 million for lobbying services in the US, through a shell company from Scotland, called Biniatta Trade.

An investigation was opened in the United States by the FBI for this matter, where Nick Muzin agreed to cooperate with the American authorities. In parallel, an investigation was also opened by the Albanian prosecution against Mr. Basha, but the case was closed. By justice. How and when we do not know. But we know for sure the other, that today's contract has a payer, a beneficiary, a lobbyist, each transparent party, with experience and impressive CV, part of the American jurisdiction, with nothing to hide.

According to the zealots, who do not deal with the public contract, but with the implicit goals, the idea is created that the installation and removal of non-grata in the USA is a matter of bargaining. You pay to put it in, you pay to remove it. That is, even the installation was a matter of purchase. But who paid? Where? When? How? Where is the contract? Let's know and gather our minds once and for all, that if the removal is a bargain, automatically so was the installation of the non-grata. And this is an essential issue for the USA. With this (a)logic of the zealots, tomorrow the prime minister goes with the money from the incinerators, for example, and buys another non grata for 10 times the price. You give 6 million to remove it? 60 million not to remove it, or to put it back. Auction. Exactly according to the provincial optics of a criminalized state.

Yes, according to the zealots, this requires an immediate investigation in Albania. Yes, very well, this contract should be investigated in Albania according to the laws of the American state. If SPAK asks where the DP found the funds, which in the end has no way of getting a single penny from taxpayers and the state budget, where did the SP find the sources for electoral activities, for example, in the middle of Athens? From free Albanians, who sponsor it, from Albanian-American foundations with regular contracts in their countries, from the state budget, or from illegal sources? Because the scandal starts with the ruling party, which has the ability to misuse and corruptly disappear, according to 40 files deposited, verified, but still uninvestigated by SPAK, about 2 billion euros from the state budget.

And again to the zealots, who draw an equal sign between McGonigal, a former FBI agent, who came to Albania and met a chain of prime ministers, ministers, public tender businessmen and then admitted to American justice the corruption charges raised in his country... and on the other hand, free Albanian-Americans, unconvicted, with declared budgets, with initialed contracts, with transparent sources. Where should we draw this equal sign, here, or with Bilali and his "wife", also convicted by the American state for lobbying payments for a photo of the Albanian prime minister with former president Obama?

So wherever you turn this story, using justice, spies, every human, strategic, diabolical arsenal, the conclusion does not lead you to the opposition, which collects Albanian money in countries with strong laws and controls, but to the only danger of lobbying with Albanian taxpayers' money, which has been hung around the necks of the most savage extortionists in the history of Albania.
