From tears to tears...

Once upon a time, before the distant year 2013, the inauguration was done in two simple acts:
one for the start of the works and another, when, surprisingly, the works were finished!
But then a magical solution was discovered: segmentation.
The road was divided into lots, phases and pieces… and for each piece, a pair of scissors, a ribbon and a cameraman with a drone, but without journalists!
They could ask embarrassing questions, like: “But when will it actually be finished?” How much does it cost? Etc. etc. So it’s better when the minister or the Prime Minister himself reports live from the construction sites! Example: the Tirana ring road!
Later, the inauguration of the road happened two or even three times for the same axis.
Look at Arbri Road, a road with more inaugurations than tunnels, with more speeches than signboards and with more inspections than trees!
And then, like any society that takes giant steps towards progress: we started inaugurating even those projects that never started!
The Tirana tram? Underground passages, the Open Balkans ...
Whereas now... we have gone beyond reality.
We inaugurate photos. Yes, PHOTOS. Wonderful views, with filters, with light, full of hope.
The Tirana-Durres road, the busiest segment in the country, has today turned into a digital painting exhibition, where even Van Gogh would have handed over his brush.
Cars drive in order, there is no traffic, the trees do not need pruning, the flowers never wither in the sun. It is a miracle created by the golden hands of Photoshop.
It does not end here:
After inaugurating the photos, we went one step higher: the inauguration of ideas. The Durrës-Prishtina train project-idea is the ideal example: no beams, no rails, but full of patriotic feelings and in the absence of the blue waves of the Adriatic, a sea of ??red and black flags...
But evolution is heartless, it does not stop.
The latest phase is the inauguration of desires.
European passports for all Albanians, in 2030!
And the moment arrives when people no longer see dreams, but live with them.
Today's Albania of troubles and dances has all the good things and only one problem:
nothing is finished, but everything is inspected and inaugurated.
