Zdrromsi spoke about Student City, boasting that according to him, they have done an extraordinary job with the buildings and spaces occupied by unauthorized constructions.

Zdrromsi, who is the biggest pathological fraudster that 34 years of politics have seen, boasts about the thefts that he and his people have committed in Student City for a decade.

In the Student City alone, Zdrromsi and his people like Anila Shehu have stolen tens of millions of euros and this is not just about the public funds of Albanian taxpayers but also those of Germany, the European Union and Turkey.

- In 2023: Building 6 with public and Turkish funds, the theft cost 1 million euros and Ermonela Felaj's husband, Bledar Valikaj, has appealed the decision of the Criminal Court of the Tirana Judicial District with judge Vjollca Spahiu to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office to continue the investigations. The case is currently in the Court of Appeal since December 2023 and it is not known when the first hearing in the Appeal will take place.
- In 2024: Building 11-12 with public funds, the theft cost around 2.3 million euros and the case is still under investigation by the Tirana Prosecution Office with Prosecutor Anisa Qilimi. Veliaj and Shehu were also caught red-handed by the 2019 KLSH Report with forgeries and Abuse of Office where the company that won the tender is ED Konstruksion with sole shareholder and partner Alfred Ibrahim.
- In 2025: Building 19 with public funds, the theft cost 3 million euros for a building that does not exist where the building in question was supposed to be completed at the beginning of 2023, this building is a corrupt affair the same as the Incinerator that does not exist and the company that took it over is R&T sh.pk with sole shareholder and partner Renis Tërshana. Veliaj has put Arbjan Mazniku as a proxy to sign on his behalf at the time when Mazniku was the Deputy Mayor of Tirana Municipality and also Taulant Tushe and other officials in Tirana Municipality who have dealt with fictitious procedures. The case is under investigation by SPAK and it is almost a month since we sent it to SPAK.
