This 'black sheet of crime', filled with violence and electoral fraud like never before, starting with the 'hammer and electoral asphalt' of the former fatorino, now Oligarch Salillari, the hostage takers of Hajdar Rilindash as well as 2 other construction firms , who work on his behalf, continuing with leaders and former leaders of the police and operational forces, who by order of the former Minister of Order Çuçi, dismissed in disgrace, from vote buying and pressure on voters, from aid scattered.

The whole state together with the former taxman Salillari, with hundreds of employed workers and under pressure from him in the campaign. The structures of local government and administration are all in open campaign.

And further, the closure of KZAZ in "11 e 20 -12 e 40", as once in history, leaving the voting boxes, in the hands of crime, left more than half of them, without a film field-view, adjacent with the secret crime door, in the "Cultural Center" of the Municipality, where 2 out of 3 actual exits were advertised, the third hidden and connecting to the "High School", totally in the dark, this information, which came later, for interference and box switching.

Discarded seals, original minutes of the closure of the Voting Centers over 10 pieces were missing; more ballots than were received; the famous formula known as the 'Bulgarian train'; 3 counting tables out of 5 in total were not captured by security cameras; 1257 group voting, open and voting photography, 'Bulgarian train' verified with film footage in 2 Voting Centers; in 18 other Voting Centers, 18 blank minutes were found, without the required information on the number of ballots received at each Voting Center, this was accepted as a violation even during the session in the "Electoral College"; in 11 Voting Centers, spray was openly used to cover the film footage; in another Voting Center, that of Krekëza, more than 50 people voted without physically being the voter, etc. etc.

These crime evidences are deposited at SPAK, in order to clarify the truth in the 7 reports made so far; in 5 sessions in KAS and 5 sessions as never before in the "Electoral College", ending with the shameful but expected decision according to the political order.

The first time in history where at the beginning of September I will file a lawsuit in the Constitutional Court, against the CEC and the "Electoral College" and this is not in my interest, but in the interest of protecting the vote and democracy, as well as in defense of the "Law of Decriminalization" and the "Electoral Code".

Despite this 'black bed of crime', the 'puppet' President Hajdari of Rilindjas, the hostage of the ex-fatorino, now Oligarch Salillari, still stands in the chair stolen, manipulated and robbed by this structured group of state and electoral crime, which in addition to this undeserved seat, he remains in office in violation of the "Decriminalization Law", voted by Rilindja in the Parliament, after he hid in the "Decriminalization Form" twice the sentence, 4 months in Ioannina, Greece, being himself present in the courtroom, but the political protection and the former fatorino, now Oligarch Salillari, who has become incredibly rich from citizens' taxes, have delayed the decision from the Court of Ioannina for more than 5 months, while we have the original decision from this Court.

Hajdari Rilindja, the "hostage" of the former fatorino Salillari, continues his duties in the chair that belongs to the people, being under investigation in SPAK, for several reports in a row and at the same time convicted in Greece, accused of abuse of office, non-declaration, corrupt tenders, immorality in offices widespread in Kuçovo, in the media and portals, worse than Gjici i Kukës.

We will burn this 'black sheet', as it carries crime, corruption, incompetence and abuses, and we will spread the 'white sheet', full of investments and with a Municipality that will belong to the residents.

Kuçova will return to "Construction Site"!

These crime proofs are not only available to the Albanian Judiciary, but also to the OSCE ODHI-RI and Foreign Embassies. A copy with film and written evidence has also been sent to the State Department of the United States of America.

Pra moralisht dhe ligjërisht ne fituam 4 grupseksione kundrejt 3 grupseksioneve të fituara padrejtësisht nga krimi, në qytet, plus që kishin krahë tyre dhe rezultatin e kandidatin e Alibeajt, ku bashkimi i votave megjithë manipulimet e bëra, ishte mbi 70 vota plus opozita, e pa këto manipulime fitorja do ishte mbi 1500 vota.
