Mero Baze has begun to reveal his intrigues, his backstabbing, and he started these with Prime Minister Edi Rama.

Because in the Socialist Party, no one liked Erion Veliaj, he was a pest in that party, coming from Mjaft who had protested to overthrow the Socialists in 2005. He threw them into the streets . The reason the Socialists went into opposition, one of them was Erion Veliaj and Mjaft.

Then, with G99, he couldn't even get 10,000 votes in all of Albania, and he joined the party, became a leader, and took leadership positions, where in fact the socialists, to put it another way, couldn't look him in the eye.

And one of the main supporters of Veliaj's rise to the top of the SP was Mero Baze, who now, with Erioni in prison, thinks he can save his political chair , can return him stronger at the head of the SP, and has begun threats and intrigues against Prime Minister Edi Rama.

First, with the fact that Mero Baze has often articulated that it was Edi Rama who had put Erion Veliaj in prison, although he wrote that Ols Dado had done it for an extension of leave , which Erion had refused, this is a lie that has been exposed. Today, after 13 days, it has not yet been published and we are now faced with the fact that Mero Baze is articulating the thesis that Erion Veliaj should speak, but there has also been a coded message released on "TikTok".

A clear intrigue, a stab in the back, a threat to Rama coming from Mero Baze and Erion Veliaj, the latter out of concern that he is in prison , while the former out of concern to get the money of the one who is in prison , since he had one of the main sponsors and according to the data, he may have benefited from at least 500 thousand euros from official income. The mayor of Tirana reacted on his social media through a letter or position provided by his lawyers on August 27th, displaying several points that actually appeared to be a request for ice cream.

Maybe Veliaj thinks that in prison you should eat ice cream and that prison is also in the office, but this is his problem and that of his lawyers in how they handle the issue.  Erion Veliaj said that he was given the documents on a USB and he could not access them.

In fact, his lawyers received the documents on July 24th, when the charges were announced. So, after more than a month, the lawyers remembered to say why they gave them to us on a USB.  While they received them themselves and signed them when they received them on a USB.

So, if Erioni wants a foreign lawyer to respect the Code, get one from a representative office in the EU, remove one of the ones he has and the issue is resolved.

You can't have ten lawyers, you can't have lawyers from outside the EU. This is the rule, and the lawyers further say that Erion is prevented from going to his office to exercise his duties because he is elected.

In fact, Erion was chosen to do some work, not to sign for his wife's and her family's NGOs so that the money would go to his house.

These three theses mentioned by the lawyers and Erioni were also published yesterday by the latest media waste of Tirana Mayor Mero Baze.

But months ago, the prime minister was making sweeping accusations against SPAK. A change in standards noted by Mero himself.

Confusing as a statement because on the one hand it tells us that they are leftists, socialists, in control of the government, on the other hand it says that Edi Rama, who attacked SPAK, had kept his distance.

But before writing this statement (the Prime Minister's hygienic distance) that goes as an accusation against Rama, Mero Baze, in a meeting with friends, colleagues, and journalists, declared that "if the Supreme Court does not release Erion Veliaj, then the thesis that Edi Rama imprisoned him is proven."

Mero Baze writes differently, thinks differently, and says differently.

In his writings, he imprisoned Ols Dado out of anger that he was not given an additional leave, while today, after 10 days of this statement or after months of Erion Veliaj repeating it, neither Veliaj nor Mero Baze have released the document with Ols Dado's signature and the refusal with his signature.

Later on, at the tables, he said that Edi Rama had imprisoned him because Erion Veliaj remained in prison at the High Court.

Which of Mero's theses is valid? Ols Dado, even though he was not the only prosecutor, but together with the head of SPAK, Altin Duman, was imprisoned for the sake of permission, or did Edi Rama imprison him because he feared him as a successor?

Either Dado imprisoned him out of anger with Dumani, or Edi Rama imprisoned him, or he is in prison because he broke the law. In fact, this third one is the truth.

Moreover, he can provide arguments and defend one of his theses, even though he has begun an early, lonely, and difficult old age.

If it has to do with the fact that he has often mentioned that the Supreme Court was controlled by the prime minister, why didn't Edi Rama influence that his "heir" who adores Mero Baze wasn't at least put under house arrest? Because he was the same one who accused SPAK.

The Mayor of Tirana, who is in Durrës prison, Erion Veliaj, today in a post on social networks, perhaps inspired by the publication of a coded message on "TikTok", has gone even further.

The translated sentence is: "Erion Veliaj wants ice cream."

Nothing more than that. Lali Eri loves ice cream like the toads love it and he behaves exactly like them. Nothing less and nothing more.

Like children, I want ice cream, I want it now, I want it here. Erion Veliaj's lawyers, who are paid hundreds of thousands or millions of euros, have taken the acts and signed the minutes.

They can take them from the USB, print them out, and take them to the office. They can translate them into English, give them to the English, the Americans, and take them to Lali Eri.

And, perhaps, Lali Eri, who loves ice cream, will also make prison an office, but prison is not made in an office, it is made in a cell.

And, now that he has realized how far the investigations have gone and what, not only is he in danger, but he is expected to be punished due to the violations and serious criminal offenses that have been discovered, he has no choice but to simply ask for ice cream.

There is actually an age for ice cream, but it depends on the type of ice cream you want and whether you use it with or without chocolate, or it depends on how you are used to it.

Lali Eri is not guilty. He remembers that by lying openly in public he will gain his freedom for an "injustice" that was done to him.

In fact, there is no injustice towards Erion Veliaj, because no one can believe that the mayor of Tirana, the man who would be the heir to the Socialist Party, could be investigated unjustly, sentenced unjustly, kept in prison unjustly, much less be given the acts.

Erion Veliaj has reacted again from Durrës prison with a message posted on social networks, emphasizing three points.  The first and most important is that he has not been given the documents and SPAK has refused to give them to him.  In fact, a lie that he himself dismantles in the second sentence he writes.

At first he says that he was not given the papers, but then he says that they were given to his lawyers in the form of a USB.  According to data published in the media, Erion Veliaj's acts and documents amount to about 60 thousand pages, facts and evidence, which were given to his lawyers on a USB.

The lawyers, having received them on a USB, can print them out and take them to Erion in prison so he can read them.

There is no reason for the state to print 60,000 pages of paper and have a cost of millions and millions of lek when we are in the digital age, at a time when we have a digital government, we are in the age of artificial intelligence and it is very normal for acts to be given on a USB in a digital form and then those who want them on paper print them, those who don't want them access them on a computer.

Secondly, Erion emphasizes another lie that CNA has often dismantled, that he is not allowed to meet with his international lawyers. CNA has previously reported that Erion Veliaj has formalized his two lawyers, Ermir Beta and Artur Selmani, who are his legal representatives. According to Albanian law, you are allowed to have two defense lawyers.

There is no reason for SPAK and the court to make an exception to give Erion three or four lawyers.

Who is Erion Veliaj that should have 3 or 4 lawyers? What is the difference?

Maybe he thinks he has more authority than the law, maybe he lives in another universe and believes he has the right to have 100 more lawyers, but he's not allowed to.

The law defines two.

CNA has published what the law stipulates and emphasizes that lawyers must be from the EU and not from the US or England.

That Erion Veliaj brings lawyers not from the EU, but from the US and England is not the fault of SPAK nor of prosecutors Dumani and Dado, but rather he should ask his acting prime minister, the majority, to change the law, to allow prisoners to have an American and English lawyer and thus rightly when parliament gives it to him, to take them and let them go and meet him.

And the third, which is even funnier, is that, according to Veliaj, SPAK has the principle of "arrest, don't investigate."

This is a lie. The investigation against Erion Veliaj began more than a year ago, acts and documents were collected and Erion Veliaj was summoned several times to SPAK.

We remember his behavior before leaving SPAK, attacks, insults, accusations. We also remember the wiretaps after his arrest where he went into intrigues that prosecutors had asked for money to release him and so on.

In fact, during the investigations that were being conducted on Erion Veliaj, we also have a big truth: it was discovered that he was tampering with evidence.

Klotilda Bushka, his associate and former chairwoman of the Laws Committee, went to the Ombudsman's office to call an official to take her phone, as she did with another who was telling her what to declare or who destroyed the data on her cell phone.

Erion Veliaj is not in prison according to the "arrest, no investigation" option.
