Zamira Kita, actress and director of the Korça Theater, says that this institution has gone through a beautiful but challenging path over the years. She emphasizes the extraordinary contribution of the founders and artists who shaped the theater in its early decades.

He mentions great stage names such as Pandi Raidhi, Stavri Shkurti, Thimi Filipi, Dhimitër Orgocka, figures who have raised this theater to a national level. Kita underlines that even today, with a young and talented troupe, the theater continues to create valuable works, maintaining the balance between Albanian and world drama.

" The Korça Theater has walked a very long, very beautiful but also difficult path. We certainly did not create this path, but the pioneers of the theater, who created it, who gave it its true form and who contributed to the theater. If we were to stop at the names, there are many, a long list, some of them we miss because we no longer have them, some are still active, at an experienced age and if I were to remember them, I would start with the great Pandi Raidhi, Stavri Shkurti, Thimi Filipi, Vangjel Grabocka, Dhimitër Orgocka. Even in the younger generation, we have lost many artists, they have caused us pain, like Llazi Sërbo, Marko Bitraku, recently we lost Dhimitër Orgocka. On this 75th anniversary, I can say that we have held the name of the Korça Theater high. We have tried to create good works, by foreign but also Albanian authors, because without Albanian drama there is no theater. The Theater "The Korça Theater today has a good troupe, with many young actors who contribute with the same passion and talent. Long live the theater ," said actress Kita.

At the core of the daily work lies the dedication to giving the public a living art, where the love for the stage is inherited from generation to generation. Ndriçim Xhepa, one of the most famous Albanian actors, says that Korça, as a city with a deep cultural identity, could not fail to have a theater of such a level.

He appreciates the fact that this institution has produced generation after generation of actors with strong individualities and has always been a vibrant artistic hearth, thanks also to the work of renowned directors who have contributed over the years, such as Sokrat Mio and Piro Mani.

" A city like Korça, a city of culture, cannot fail to convey a quality theater throughout this endless period of time. Theater is the essence, the essence and the value of the city, which is why today we celebrate the 75th anniversary of this theater that has truly produced an entire generation of actors. Above all, the most important and beautiful thing is that there is a generation of actors with very different individualities from each other. Famous directors have worked here, Sokrat Mio, Piro Mani, and that is why the value of this theater continues. Even today, as we speak, it is one of the troupes that has continuous productivity as a result of following this experience ," said Ndriçim Xhepa.

On this anniversary, the Korça Theater not only remembers the past with honor, but also testifies to the continuity of its values. The current troupe, composed of young actors, proves that the creative spirit is still alive and ready to bring new emotions to the stage. 75 years of history, 75 years of passion for the performing arts.
