6 theft cases solved in Tirana/ 40-year-old perpetrator with criminal records in custody

6 thefts or attempted thefts of shops, committed during April and May, are solved. The 40-year-old man, suspected of being their perpetrator, is identified and arrested. The 40-year-old man, previously convicted of the same criminal activity.

Continuing the work to prevent thefts and solve previous ones, the services of Police Commissariat No. 2, after evidence obtained from investigative work and reviewing security cameras, finalized the operation codenamed "Quick Response".

Within the framework of which, citizen AD, 40 years old, resident of Ksamil, with previous criminal records, was arrested.

Investigations suspect that this citizen stole amounts of money and various items/items from 5 stores, as well as attempted to steal from 1 other store.

Work is underway to uncover other thefts that the 40-year-old may have committed.

The procedural materials were referred to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office for further action. /CNA
