Police action in Dubai/ 3 supporters of the wanted Talo Çela arrested

Three citizens involved in serious criminal incidents against the person, and supporters of the much-wanted Talo Çela, were arrested in Dubai.

As a result of the exchange of information in real time and the constant coordination of operational actions between specialized structures of the State Police and law enforcement agencies in the United Arab Emirates, carried out through Interpol structures, 3 more phases of the operation "The Wanted" were finalized in Dubai. Specifically, the following citizens were captured:

-Ervis Daka, 38 years old, to whom the Criminal Court of Kosovo, in 2024, has assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Premeditated murder", remaining in the attempt, "Providing conditions and material means to commit murder", "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition" and "Supporting the perpetrator of the crime", committed within the framework of a structured criminal group. He is accused of:

-informed the citizens who attempted to kill citizen KP about his movements;

-provided the conditions/means for the murder of citizen AS;

-has sheltered, transported and provided the necessary living conditions for the much-sought-after citizen Talo Çela

-Maksim Koçi, 39 years old, to whom the Criminal Court of Kosovo, in 2024, assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Premeditated murder", committed for interest and revenge, "Providing conditions and material means to commit murder", "Supporting the perpetrator of the crime" and "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", committed within the framework of a structured criminal group. He is accused of:

-participated in the murders of citizens KK and IA;

-provided the conditions/means for the murder of citizens AS and AC alias AS;

-helped the much-wanted citizen Talo Çela to hide;

-Ado Xhika, 40 years old, to whom the Criminal Court of Kosovo, in 2024, has assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offense "Supporting the perpetrator of a crime", committed within the framework of a structured criminal group. He is accused of:

-for about 2 years, he has helped citizen Talo Çela, creating the necessary living conditions;

-accompanied 1 journalist, for the purpose of interviewing citizen Talo Çela.

Interpol Tirana continues to cooperate with counterparts, with the aim of extraditing these citizens to Albania. /CNA
