Quarrel between girls in Korça/ The 18-year-old is being prosecuted

The prosecution has initiated criminal proceedings against an 18-year-old woman who is suspected of hitting a 19-year-old woman with a glass bottle in Korça yesterday.

Police announce that proceedings have been initiated against FD, 18 years old, accused of "Intentional Minor Injury".

 

" Following the preliminary information provided yesterday evening, regarding a conflict in the premises of a bar in neighborhood no. 2, Korça, we inform that specialists from the Crime Investigation Sector of the Korça Police Commissariat referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizen FD, 18 years old, resident of Cangonj, who is suspected of having, for weak motives, hit citizen PM, 19 years old, in the face with a glass, who received treatment and is out of danger to her life.  

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Korça, for further action, for the criminal offense of "Intentional minor injury" , the police announced.

 

The conflict occurred yesterday between several girls near a bar on "Republika" Boulevard.

The quarrel has escalated to the use of glass bottles. The injured party is citizen PM, known as one of the girls who denigrated minors by publishing obscene materials on Instagram./ CNA
