Internationally wanted for terrorism/ 39-year-old deported from Spain

The Anti-Terrorism Directorate has finalized the "Deportation" operation, within the framework of which a 39-year-old man was deported from Spain.

The 39-year-old KH captured in Spain was internationally wanted after the Criminal Court of Kosovo sentenced him in 2024 to 4.6 years in prison for inciting terrorism.

 

Police notification

The police operation codenamed "Deportation" is finalized.

The operation by the Anti-Terrorism Directorate, in close cooperation with the Department of International Relations and the Spanish Police.

A citizen sentenced to 4 and a half years in prison for criminal activity in the field of terrorism is being deported from Spain.

As a result of the coordination of operational actions with the Department of International Relations of the Albanian Foreign Ministry and the Spanish Police, the Anti-Terrorism Directorate finalized the "Deportation" operation, during which citizen Kreshnik Haxhiaj, 39 years old, was deported from Spain.

The 39-year-old, captured in Spain, was internationally wanted because in 2024, the Special Court for Corruption and Organized Crime sentenced him to 4 years and 6 months in prison for the criminal offense of "Incitement, public call and propaganda for the commission of acts with terrorist intent."

The procedural materials were referred to SPAK for further action./ CNA
