Mandatory reporting and suspension of duty for 3 police officers

Following the investigations related to the criminal proceedings of 2025, the Police Supervision Agency (Tirana Region) has executed the Decision of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Tirana, which has imposed the coercive personal security measures "Obligation to report to the Judicial Police" and "Suspension of the exercise of a public duty or service" against 3 police officers suspected of committing the criminal offense of "Committing arbitrary acts" in collaboration with and against children.

Deputy Commissioner Xh. B., with the duty of Specialist / Shift Manager in the General Patrol Section at Police Station No. 1 Tirana.

Inspector DM, with duty as Service Troop in the General Patrol Section at Police Station No. 1 Tirana.

Inspector RD, on duty as a Service Trooper in the General Patrol Section at Police Station No. 1 Tirana.

The assignment of personal security measures became possible after these police officers were suspected of committing arbitrary actions while escorting the minor citizen EG on 12/04/2025.
