The murder of Gentian and Nezir Beqir / Ardjan, Florenc Çapja and Olsi Leku are sentenced to life imprisonment

GJKKO has handed down the sentence for those accused of murdering Gentian and Nezir Beqir.

It is learned that Ardjan Capja, Florenc Çapja and Olsi Leku have been sentenced to life imprisonment.

Ervis Bardhi was sentenced to 15 years in prison, while Klajdi Dokoli and Etien Çani were sentenced to 25 years in prison.

We remind you that Ardian Çapja asked to be declared innocent with the claim that the process against him for the murder that happened in August 2012, was staged by the Prosecution of Elbasan.

Ardian Çapja was arrested on the morning of March 29, after being accused as the suspected perpetrator of the double murder of father and son, Nezir and Gentian Beqiri, which happened in 2012.

The police have also declared his nephew Florenc Çapja wanted. Ardjan Çapja and Florenc Çapja are accused of the criminal offenses "Murder in other qualifying circumstances" committed in cooperation and "Carrying weapons without a permit"./ CNA.al
