Police, following Operation "Coordinates", have arrested a 53-year-old man, who was caught red-handed taking care of narcotic plants.

The arrested person was caught in the village of Nderfanë, while it turns out that he is a resident of Durrës.

During the search, 85 narcotic plants were also found, some of which were destroyed by burning, while the rest were seized as material evidence.

During the operation, a 53-year-old man was caught red-handed taking care of the narcotic plants he had cultivated on a plot in the village of Nderfanë.

The services of the Mirdita Police Commissariat, as a result of controls within the framework of the operational plan "Coordination", struck a case of cultivation of narcotic plants. During the control of the territory, in the village of Nderfanë, administrative unit of Mirdita, a plot with 85 suspected narcotic plants, of the cannabis sativa type, was discovered.

The suspected perpetrator, citizen PL, 53 years old, resident of Durrës, was caught red-handed while taking care of narcotic plants.

The narcotic plants were destroyed by burning, except for a portion that was seized as material evidence.
