Video-Serious/ Woman enters the Court of First Instance with a knife, is stopped by the police

A woman entered the premises of the First Instance Court in Vlora with a knife.

According to information, the woman had entered to attend a court hearing, but when she passed through the scanner, a signal was given for the presence of a metal object.

The woman then attempted to leave the scanner and head to the exits, but was stopped by court security, who immediately notified the police. The reason for bringing the knife to the courthouse is unknown, but initial suspicions are that it could have been used during the trial.  

The knife was large and was seized as material evidence, while the woman was escorted to the police station by police forces. /CNA
