"He was shot from a distance with long guns"/ Karamuço: The shooters were selected by the cartels

Criminalistics expert Ervin Karamuço has provided details on how he was shot today in the assassination attempt in Rinas where Glimando Dani, part of Emiljano Shullazi's group, died and AMP employee Muçi Sheqeri was injured.

Invited to the "Now" show with journalist Erla Mëhilli, Karamuço said that he was shot with long guns by trained shooters who are part of the cartels and may not be Albanians.

The expert said that Dani was released in 2024 in total silence.

"Gilmando Dani was released from prison in 2024 on parole, completely in silence.

The shooters were trained and shot with long guns, we selected the shooters from the cartels because they are not Albanians. They shot with precision at a distance.

 "The incident happened like in Mexico between El Chapo and a rival group where a religious figure was killed, it happened in the VIP area just like this incident. The murder happened in broad daylight, everywhere such groups are considered terrorists ," Karamuço declared./ CNA
