Arrested by order of SPAK/ Marklen Haka appears before GJKKO

The evaluation session of the security measure for Marklen Haka, who was arrested two days ago in Nikël i Krujë, starts in the Special Court. The 33-year-old is accused of being a criminal group and possessing weapons without a permit.
