The author of the gun attack that happened at noon in the "Partizani" neighborhood in Shkodër has been identified. It is reported that Alban Bruçi has been declared wanted.

It is suspected that today's event occurred due to clashes between the Kajoshi and Bruçi families in the northern city. 

It is learned that at the moment when shots were fired at the Land Rover vehicle, owned by Sokol Kajoshi, his son, Arjoni, was in the car, who escaped the shots by running away.

There are doubts that Sokol Kajoshi's other son, Arlindi, who is wanted by the police, was driving the vehicle.

The event is suspected to be related to the rape of a 62-year-old man (Vladimir Bruçi) at the beginning of June by several people. Arlind Kajoshi was among the suspects for the violence against Bruçi.

The police are questioning the witnesses in the incident to prove if only Arjoni or his brother, Arlindi, was in the vehicle./ CNA
