Journalist Artan Hoxha spoke this Saturday about the arrest of Nikla's "strongman", Marklen Haka, who was wanted by SPAK.

Hoxha expressed his conviction that Haka did not move from Nikla and stayed in his house.

He stated in a television broadcast that during the summer the most wanted man was seen moving in places where there are people, including the coast.

According to him, this was also the reason why the police were mobilized. The journalist said that the police had doubts that Marklen Haka could create situations.

"Marklen Haka was not a Dubai guy, a guy who lives in Dubai, but he was a guy who lives there (in his house in Nikël). I think that the police rather rushed to catch him in implementation of the SPAK decision on the "Revanshi" file, thinking that there might be some other situation there, because he was moving. It was seen in public areas where there were many people and this prompted the police to react more.
