They tried to sell weapons worth 10 thousand euros/ Two Kosovar citizens arrested

As a result of several months of investigations conducted with proactive methods, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, to crack down on the criminal activity of selling firearms, the Section for the Investigation of Illegal Trafficking, in cooperation with the Operational Force of the Tirana Police Department, has organized and finalized the police operation codenamed "Suspend", as a result of which the following citizens were arrested:

AP, 23 years old and KP, 53 years old, both residents of Kosovo.

During the operation, the Police services stopped the vehicle in which citizens AP and KP were traveling on the "Lezhë - Fushë Krujë" highway, in which, during the search, they found and seized 2 firearms, pistols and combat ammunition.

Investigations suspect that these citizens trafficked the pistols from Kosovo, with the intention of selling them in Tirana./ CNA
