SPAK claimed Rexhep Rapi, also known as Kep Arapi, his nephew Algert Rapi and the former head of crimes in the State Police, Dedan Gjoni.

For Kep Arapi, SPAK asked for his sentence of 7.6 years in prison, but due to the shortened trial, the sentence is reduced to 5 years of imprisonment.

Algert Rapin was sentenced to 4.8 years of imprisonment out of 7.4 years in prison. The same request was read by SPAK in pretense for Dedan Gjoni, the former head of Crimes in police station No. 6.

A sentence of 4.8 years in prison with a shortened trial was requested for Davie Gjermeni. These citizens are accused of committing the criminal offense of "Providing the conditions and material means to commit murder", to the detriment of the citizen Xhevdet Kiss (Elder), committed in the special cooperation of the structured criminal group, "Structured criminal group".
