The Tirana police have arrested a 30-year-old man with the initials GK(L), wanted for attempted murder and possession of weapons without a permit.

According to the police, last year, the 30-year-old had a conflict with several citizens and during the conflict he tried to shoot one of them with a firearm.

Intensive checks continue as part of the "Rule of Law" mega-operation.

He was caught and put in handcuffs, by the services of Police Station No. 5, a 30-year-old wanted for attempted murder and possession of weapons without a permit.

Services of Police Station No. 5, in implementation of the measures drawn up within the police mega-operation coded "Rule of Law", based on the information provided about the location of a wanted citizen, they have intensified controls for his capture and bringing him to legal responsibility.

As a result, citizen GK(L), 30 years old, resident of Kamëz, was caught on "Skënderbeu" street and put in handcuffs.

This citizen was declared wanted after the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana has assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Murder", remaining in the attempt and "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, weapons explosives and ammunition".

In 2023, the 30-year-old had a conflict with several citizens and during the conflict he tried to shoot one of them with a firearm.
