- SM, 39 years old, working as an employee of the Municipal Police and SC, 22 years old, working as an employee of the General Patrol of Police Station No. 1, both citizens living in Tirana.

These citizens are suspected of abusing their duty and forcibly took a sum of money from citizens FV and FD, in the area of ??the artificial lake, who filed a report at the Police Station.
