TNT explosion in Tirana

An explosive explosion was recorded in the early morning hours of December 19, 2025, in the Selita e Vogël area.

According to preliminary information, at around 03:20, it is suspected that a quantity of explosive material was thrown into the vehicle of citizen DJ, around 39 years old. The vehicle was parked in the yard of his apartment at the time of the explosion.

As a result of the incident, only material damage was caused to the vehicle, while fortunately no injuries were reported.

Immediately after the incident, an investigation team arrived at the scene, which is working to clarify the full circumstances of the case, as well as to identify and apprehend the suspected perpetrator or perpetrators.

The police have launched investigations and it is expected that more details will be released regarding the motives and dynamics of the incident.
