They distributed cannabis in doses/ Three arrested in Vlora

The police of Vlora have arrested three people and wanted another one after they distributed cannabis in doses.

According to the police report, it is known that the three arrested acted as a group, providing the narcotic substance, which they then divided into doses and distributed for sale in the city of Vlora.

Police Notification: 

"The anti-drug police operation coded "Stop" is finalized. 3 citizens are arrested and another is wanted, who distributed doses of narcotics in the city of Vlora. Doses of cannabis narcotics, electronic scales and telephones are seized.

The Narcotics Investigation Section of DVP Vlorë, in cooperation with the Special Operational Force in DVP Vlorë, after an 8-month investigation, carried out with special investigation methods and based on the information provided by police intelligence, has finalized the coded operation " The stop". As a result, the citizens were arrested in the act: EQ, 22 years old, resident of the neighborhood "Pavarësia"; BK, 48 years old, resident of the neighborhood "Pavarësia"; RH, 43 years old, resident of "Isa Boletini" neighborhood.

In addition, the following citizen was declared wanted: DM, 28 years old, resident of the neighborhood "Pavarësia 2".

These citizens are suspected of acting as a group, providing the narcotic substance, which they then divided into doses and distributed for sale in the city of Vlora.

During the control exercised against these citizens and in their homes, the Police services found and seized several doses of cannabis narcotics, an electronic scale suspected of weighing narcotics and 3 mobile devices used for criminal activity.

The work continues for the capture of the citizen announced as wanted, as well as for the identification and bringing before the legal responsibility of other citizens who may be involved in this criminal activity.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Vlora, for further actions." /CNA
