The police have finalized the coded operation "Chicago", from which the citizen GD, 23 years old, and a minor, 16 years old, were put in handcuffs.

This group trafficked narcotics from the USA to Tirana through the mail.

From the operation, 5 kg of sativa cannabis, with a high percentage of THC, worth 90,000 euros were seized, divided into packages, 5 mobile phones, 8,000 euros, and other sums of money.

"Finalized after several months of investigative work, the police operation codenamed 'Chicago'.

The operation was carried out by the Narcotics Investigation Section, in cooperation with the Directorate of Customs Investigation in the General Directorate of Customs, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana.
