The Skanjole police have seized 100 kilograms of cocaine in a container coming from Ecuador. 

In the operation, 12 members of a criminal group, one of the most active in Europe and South America, consisting of Albanian, Colombian, Moroccan and European citizens, were arrested, the Spanish authorities report. 

The organization had direct contacts in major cocaine-selling countries, such as Colombia and Ecuador, and with powerful investors residing in Dubai.

The drug, which had been brought to Spain, was found inside a warehouse in Fuenlabrada, where it had been deposited by members of the organization.

After investigations, agents were able to locate members of the criminal network on the Costa del Sol and Madrid. In addition, they discovered a series of meetings between them to prepare shipments of narcotic substances from South America to Spain.

On the other hand, it was found that they made trips to other countries, including Dubai, where the main investors of the criminal group were located and gave instructions to the rest of the members to carry out the illegal business.

Between the two branches of the criminal group, the agents managed to identify a citizen of German origin, considered in Sweden as one of the most important international drug traffickers, cataloged as one of Europol's high value and most important targets, who had the necessary contacts in the countries of origin to buy large quantities of very pure cocaine./ CNA
